Every drop of our ghee is slow-prepared in small batches using bi-directional wooden churners, following the multi-step Bilona process: first heating fresh A2 milk and then cooling it down to desired temperature, curdling the milk overnight using our decades old starter culture, then churning this curd to extract nutritious makkhan, and finally hand-cooking makkhan on a slow flame to yield aromatic, grainy ghee.
